Mickey L. Jones, the Senior Executive Vice President and COO of Citizens Financial Services, Inc. and First Citizens Community Bank, announced his retirement effective June 7, 2024. At the recent Annual Meeting, shareholders elected Class 1 directors, ratified S.R. Snodgrass, P.C. as the independent accounting firm for the year, and approved executive compensation. Additionally, shareholders decided that the advisory vote on executive compensation should occur annually.
