Logistics Development Group Plc (LDG) has successfully executed a buyback of its ordinary shares, with 74,077 shares purchased at a uniform price of 11.15p each. Following this transaction, LDG’s issued share capital now stands at 525,150,722 Ordinary Shares. The company’s share buyback program, initially announced in April 2023, continues to progress as planned.
