Louis Dreyfus Company Melbourne Holdings Pty Ltd (LDC) has declared its all-cash takeover offer for Namoi Cotton Limited unconditional, offering a significant 89% premium over Namoi’s undisturbed share price. Shareholders are urged to accept the $0.67 per share offer promptly to receive their cash consideration within 10 business days. In contrast, a competing offer from Olam remains conditional and subject to regulatory approvals.
