LDC Societe Anonyme has completed the acquisition of Indykpol SA, Poland’s market leader in turkey production and a significant European player. The purchase furthers LDC’s presence in the Polish poultry market through its Drosed group subsidiaries, expanding their product range to include fresh, deli, and processed turkey items. Indykpol, with a workforce of nearly a thousand and a turnover exceeding 203 million euros in 2023, will be incorporated into LDC’s International division accounts from August 1, 2024.
