Societe LDC Societe Anonyme (LDC) is set to acquire the Konspol factory in Nowy Sacz, Poland, a move that aligns with its international expansion strategy and entrance into the ready meals market. The Konspol brand, with a turnover of €35 million in 2023, will bolster LDC’s production capabilities and product offerings in Poland. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2024, pending regulatory approval.
