Les Constructeurs du Bois SA (LCB) has signed a sales agreement with Vivest for a €2.6 million eco-friendly real estate project in Longwy, near the Luxembourg border. The project, which complies with 2025 RE 2020 low carbon regulations, features a 14-unit wooden building designed to offer sustainable housing options. LCB’s CEO, François Duchaine, expresses satisfaction with the company’s continued partnership with Vivest and their shared commitment to social and low-carbon housing.
