LC Logistics, Inc. is set to hold its first extraordinary general meeting of 2024 on October 14th to vote on a major acquisition involving two vessels. Shareholders must lodge share transfer documents by October 7th to be eligible to vote, as the register of members will be closed from October 8th to 14th.
