LC Logistics, Inc. has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for October 14, 2024, in Shanghai, to seek approval for the Heads of Agreements and Novation Agreements, which are foundational to future transactions. Shareholders are given the opportunity to vote by proxy and the voting results will be disclosed on the company’s and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s websites. The share register will be closed from October 8 to October 14, 2024, to determine the eligibility of shareholders to attend and vote.
