LC Logistics, Inc. has entered into a major transaction involving the novation of shipbuilding agreements, where its subsidiary, Lehang Boundless, will transfer rights and responsibilities of two vessels to new buyers Laudine Oceanway and Aludra Oceanway for a total consideration of US$133.3 million. This strategic move, which is subject to shareholder approval already secured from a majority group, aligns with the company’s broader objectives and is expected to be detailed further in a forthcoming circular to shareholders.
