LBT Innovations Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Ian Wisenberg as a director of the company starting from October 1, 2024. According to the Initial Director’s Interest Notice submitted to ASX, Mr. Wisenberg currently does not hold any securities in the company as either a registered holder or through other interests. The notice also confirms that there are no contracts in which the new director has an interest that need to be disclosed.
