LBT Innovations Limited (AU:LBT) has released an update.
Brenton Barnes, a director at LBT Innovations Ltd, has significantly adjusted his financial stake in the company by exercising 25 million options and acquiring an additional 25 million ordinary shares directly, as well as 8 million indirectly through Hawkeye SMSF Pty Ltd. Barnes has also sold over 7 million ordinary shares at an average price of $0.0167 each. These transactions have resulted in a new holding of 70 million ordinary shares and 25 million listed options LBTOA directly, with additional indirect holdings.
