LBT Innovations, an Australian med-tech firm specializing in AI-driven microbiology automation, has alerted its option holders of the upcoming expiry of listed options on September 15, 2024. Holders of the expiring options can either exercise them by the due date, sell them on the market before they cease trading on September 9, or let them lapse. The company’s technology, the only US FDA-cleared AI for automated culture plate reading, is marketed through subsidiary Clever Culture Systems AG and distributed by Thermo Fisher Scientific in select regions.
