Christopher Shackelton has abruptly resigned as both a director and the Chairman of the Board of Lazydays Holdings, Inc., with Robert DeVincenzi taking over as the new Chairman. Shackelton’s departure, which wasn’t due to any disagreements with the company’s operations or policies, coincides with the Board’s decision to reduce its size from eight to seven directors. The company publicly announced these board changes the following day.
