Laurion Mineral Exploration has successfully closed a non-brokered private placement, raising over $2.6 million through the issuance of flow-through shares. The funds will be directed towards Canadian exploration expenses, and a portion of the proceeds went to Mine Equities Ltd. for their role in the transaction.
