Laureate Education, Inc. has announced that Richard H. Sinkfield III will step down from his roles as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer by June 30, 2024. Sinkfield has signed a separation agreement with the company, ensuring he receives severance benefits and a prorated bonus for the fiscal year 2024. He may also stay on as a senior advisor if successors are appointed before his departure. Leslie S. Brush is set to take over Sinkfield’s position starting April 1, 2024.
