Launch Tech Co. Ltd. has announced an interim cash dividend of RMB0.20 per share, with dividends for H Shares to be paid in Hong Kong dollars at a rate of HK$0.2185 per share. The dividend is based on a mean conversion rate provided by The People’s Bank of China for the week preceding the declaration. H Shareholders must register transfers by 4:30 p.m. on August 23, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend, with the record date set for August 29, 2024.
