Alexander L. Hawkinson has stepped down from his role as a Class III member of the Board of Directors at Latham Group, Inc., effective immediately as of February 21, 2024. His resignation is not due to any disputes regarding the company’s operations or policies. Subsequent to his departure, the Board has decided to downsize from nine to eight members.
