LATAM Airlines Group has reported a significant increase in passenger numbers, with over 32.8 million travelers flown from January to May 2024, marking a 16.6% rise compared to the previous year. The growth is attributed to robust domestic performance in South American markets and a substantial 30.6% jump in international travel. Additionally, May saw an 11.2% increase in passengers and a notable boost in cargo capacity, with the airline’s load factors also showing an upward trend.
