On October 14, 2024, he converted 2,750,000 Performance Rights into Fully Paid Ordinary Shares, at a non-cash value of $0.365 per share, resulting in a new total of 3,452,381 shares held. This change of director’s interest has been officially filed with the ASX as required by the listing rules.
