Stuart Gregor has been appointed as a Director of Lark Distilling Co. Ltd., effective from 1 October 2024, as per the Initial Director’s Interest Notice submitted to the ASX. Although he does not hold any securities as a registered holder, Gregor has an indirect interest in 176,470 fully paid ordinary shares through the Netwealth Investments Ltd . No director’s interests in contracts have been disclosed at this time.
