Laura McBain, a director of Lark Distilling Co. Ltd, has ceased her position on October 1, 2024, as disclosed in a final director’s interest notice to the ASX. The notice revealed that she held 90,000 Performance Rights and had an indirect interest in 81,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares through Vermilion 21 Pty Ltd. No interests in contracts were reported in the notice.
