Laramide Resources (TSE:LAM) has released an update.
At Laramide Resources’ recent annual meeting, shareholders voted unanimously in favor of all proposed resolutions, including the election of all management-nominated directors and the appointment of RSM Canada LLP as auditors. The meeting also saw the introduction of John Mays as a new director, bringing expertise in uranium in-situ recovery, as the company positions itself for the increasing demand for uranium in clean energy. Shareholder support was strong, with over 109 million shares represented, and the full voting results are disclosed on SEDAR.
