Lara Exploration Expands Ownership in Phosphate Venture

Lara Exploration (TSE:LRA) has released an update.

Lara Exploration Ltd. has increased its stake in the Mantaro Phosphate Project to 70%, establishing a subsidiary, Fosfatos Alli Allpa, to handle the project’s future exploration and development aimed at producing phosphate rock for fertilizers. The company is collaborating with the Peruvian National Institute of Agrarian Innovation to demonstrate the local benefits of phosphate application on crop yields and is strategically positioned near key infrastructure in Central Peru.
