Lara Exploration (TSE:LRA) has released an update.
Lara Exploration Ltd. has completed the acquisition of the Planalto Copper Project in Brazil, now owning 100% of the mineral rights, and is advancing the project with a resource estimate and preliminary economic assessment expected in the coming quarters. The company has also restructured its interest in the Celesta Copper Project, with Tessarema poised to potentially buy out the major stake while Lara retains a 5% net profits interest and a 2% royalty. Additionally, Lara reports positive drilling results from the Picha Copper Royalty property in Peru, holding a 2% royalty on precious metals and 1% on base metals.
