Lar España Real Estate SOCIMI has formed a Takeover Bid Monitoring Committee composed of independent directors to oversee the voluntary public takeover offer for the company’s shares by Helios RE, S.A. The committee, excluding the significant shareholder with board representation, is chaired by Mr. José Luis del Valle Doblado to ensure fair proceedings.
