Langham Hospitality Investments announced the termination of the potential privatization proposal by Great Eagle group, effectively ending the offer period as of 31 May 2024. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to be cautious when dealing in the securities of the company. No further updates on the privatization will be published, and Great Eagle is restricted from announcing any new offers or acquiring additional voting rights that would trigger a mandatory general offer for six months.
