Langham Hospitality Investments ( (HK:1270) ) has issued an update.

Langham Hospitality Investments has confirmed that the Stock Exchange has approved the listing of, and dealing in, a first batch of Share Stapled Units issued as partial payment of hotel management and licence fees for the six months ended 31 December 2025. A total of 25,385,571 new units were allotted to LHIL Assets, and following the issuance, the group maintains a public float of about 25%, in line with Hong Kong listing requirements.

The company also reiterated that, to facilitate a distribution in specie by major shareholder Great Eagle, a further 30,423,247 deferred units are scheduled to be allotted to qualifying Great Eagle shareholders on 2 April 2026 at HK$0.610 per unit, subject to final listing approval. The transactions underscore the continued use of equity-based fee settlement and capital market mechanisms to support liquidity, regulatory compliance and the broader restructuring of ownership among existing stakeholders.
