Landsea Green Life Reports Decreased Mid-Year Profits

Landsea Green Life Service Company Limited (HK:1965) has released an update.

Landsea Green Life Service Company Limited reported a decrease in revenue and profit for the six months ended June 30, 2024, with revenues down by 18.8% and profits by 35.7% compared to the same period in 2023. The decline was evident across most business lines, except for apartment operation and management services which saw a 46.2% increase in revenue. The company’s gross profit margin also fell slightly from the previous year.
