Landsea Green Life Service Company Limited has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on July 24, 2024, where shareholders will vote on appointing Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited as the company’s auditor until the next annual general meeting. Shareholders have the option to appoint proxies for voting if they cannot attend in person. The meeting will take place at the Hongxin Building in Nanjing, China.
