Landrich Holding Limited has announced a contingency plan for their Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled on 6 September 2024, in case of severe weather conditions in Hong Kong. If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, a ‘black’ rainstorm warning, or ‘extreme conditions’ are in effect at 8:00 a.m. on the day of the AGM, the meeting will be postponed to 16 September 2024 at the same location. Shareholders’ proxy forms will remain valid for the rescheduled meeting.
