Landore Resources Limited successfully held its AGM, passing all proposed resolutions and confirming directorate changes, including the appointment of Alexander Shaw as CEO. The company announced the issuance of new Ordinary Shares and warrants, and the share capital reorganization with Director and Management Subscription Shares and Director Fee Shares set to commence trading on AIM. The developments are expected to bolster the company’s growth and value, as it progresses with its flagship BAM Gold Project.
