Vanessa Simms, the Chief Financial Officer of Land Securities Group PLC, has engaged in transactions involving the company’s ordinary shares. Simms acquired 175,796 shares through the Long Term Incentive Plan and the 2015 Deferred Share Bonus Plan, and subsequently sold 82,790 shares at £6.3075 each to cover tax liabilities, resulting in a total sale price of £522,197.93.
