Mark Allan, CEO of Land Securities Group PLC, has acquired 322,981 ordinary shares through the exercise of options under the company’s incentive plans and subsequently sold 152,106 shares to cover tax liabilities, with the sales transaction totaling £949,521.71. The transactions all took place on June 25, 2024, reflecting active managerial participation in the company’s equity.
