Land Securities Group PLC has awarded free shares to its Chief Executive Officer, Mark Allan, and Chief Financial Officer, Vanessa Simms, as part of the company’s Share Incentive Plan. The shares were allocated on July 1st, 2024, with each executive receiving 80 shares at a nominal price. This move aligns the interests of the PDMRs with those of the shareholders and incentivizes top executives’ performance.
