Lam Soon (Hong Kong) Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for 8 November 2024, where it will present the audited financial statements and director reports for the year ended 30 June 2024, declare a final dividend, and address the re-election of directors and the re-appointment of its auditor, KPMG.
