Lake Winn Resources Corp. has announced plans for a share consolidation to restructure its capital, with a proposed ratio of ten pre-consolidation shares for one post-consolidation share, reducing the total shares from over 75 million to approximately 7.5 million. The consolidation aims to enable the company to attract new capital and support its ongoing business objectives, including the advancement of its Little Nahanni Pegmatite mineral exploration project.
