Lake Winn Resources Corp. has successfully completed the second tranche of its private placement, raising $60,000 through the issuance of 1,200,000 units at $0.05 each. These units include a share and a purchase warrant, with the latter being exercisable until July 30, 2026. The company also revealed plans for a third tranche and has been granted an extension to close the offering by the end of August.
