Lake Winn Resources Corp. has announced the closure of its non-brokered private placement, raising a total of $244,000 through two tranches, with no plans to proceed with a third tranche. The funds from this Offering, which included common shares and purchase warrants, will be utilized to settle the company’s outstanding accounts payable.
