Lake Victoria Gold Ltd. successfully completed the initial phase of its non-brokered private placement, raising $563,000 with plans to reach a total of $750,000. The funds raised through the issuance of unsecured convertible debentures are intended for general working capital. These debentures have an interest rate of 12% per annum and are convertible into common shares at $0.18 each.
