Lake Resources N.L. has successfully passed several key resolutions during its Extraordinary General Meeting on September 16, 2024, with shareholder approval for a prior issue of March Placement Shares, granting of Restricted Stock Units to key executives, and an issue of Shares to Acuity Capital. Notably, resolutions to grant Restricted Stock Units to Mr. Stuart Crow and Dr. Robert Trzebski were withdrawn and did not pass.
