Lahontan Gold Corp. has successfully completed a brokered private placement, raising $3.45 million through the issuance of 57.5 million units at $0.06 each, including an agents’ option. The proceeds from this fully subscribed offering will fund exploration activities, working capital, and general corporate purposes, with a focus on advancing the Santa Fe Mine project. The units include one common share and a half warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at $0.10 until 2027.
