LaFleur Minerals Secures Rights to Quebec Gold Property

LaFleur Minerals Inc. has signed an agreement to acquire exclusive rights to the Monarch Property, part of their Swanson Gold Project in Quebec, which will involve issuing shares, cash payments, and exploration expenditures over three years. The deal includes a future royalty and additional shares contingent on resource estimates, and is subject to related party transaction regulations due to the involvement of a company director.
