Lachlan Star ( (AU:LSA) ) has issued an update.
Lachlan Star has overhauled its board as it pushes into its next phase as a WA-focused gold explorer and developer, appointing prominent mining executive Tony Kiernan as independent non-executive chairman and Ramelius Resources’ Alan Thom as a non-executive director. Existing chairman Gary Steinepreis will move to a non-executive director role, while Brendan Bradley steps down from the board to concentrate on his executive position at DevEx Resources.
The company says the refreshed board, which brings deep governance, capital markets, technical and development expertise from leading Australian gold producers, is intended to support disciplined growth following the recent acquisition of Norseman gold assets. Subject to shareholder approval, new and existing directors will receive option-based incentives, underscoring the alignment of the expanded leadership team with shareholder value creation as Lachlan Star advances its gold portfolio.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:LSA) stock is a Hold with a A$0.12 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Lachlan Star stock, see the AU:LSA Stock Forecast page.
