Lachlan Star Limited has requested an immediate trading halt of its securities on the ASX pending an announcement regarding a capital raising initiative. The halt will remain in effect until the earlier of the market opening on Thursday, 26 September 2024, or the release of the capital raising details. The company’s board has authorized the halt and assures there are no undisclosed reasons that would affect the grant of the halt.
