The Alberta Securities Commission identified that the reserves were not independently evaluated as required, prompting Labrador to hire Boury Global Energy Consultants Ltd. to conduct a proper evaluation. The company plans to amend and refile the necessary forms to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
