Labrador Gold Corp. has announced an update on the imminent sale of its Kingsway Project to New Found Gold Corp., with the latter set to acquire 100% interest in exchange for $20 million CAD paid in shares. Shareholders are scheduled to vote on the proposal at the upcoming meeting on June 27, 2024, with the company’s Board of Directors recommending approval of the transaction. Detailed transaction information will be made available to shareholders through the Information Circular and meeting materials.
