Labrador Gold Corp.’s board has issued a letter to shareholders ahead of its February 24, 2026 annual and special meeting, urging investors to vote only using the company’s blue proxy and to support all of management’s resolutions. The board warns that dissident shareholder Coloured Ties Capital Inc. and its principal Kulwant (Kal) Malhi are attempting to gain effective control of the company and its cash without paying a premium, alleging conflicts of interest and a track record of shareholder value destruction that could result in LabGold’s financial resources being redirected in ways that do not benefit all shareholders.
