G Mining Ventures has announced that its largest shareholder, La Mancha, will exercise its top-up right to increase its stake to 19.9%, underscoring continued confidence in the company’s growth strategy and Latin American gold portfolio. Under the agreement, G Mining Ventures will issue 9,311,745 common shares to La Mancha at CAD 45.89 per share, raising approximately CAD 427 million with no fees or commissions. The company plans to use the proceeds to reduce reliance on debt for the Oko West Gold Project, boost exploration, accelerate debt repayment and fund general corporate purposes, while Oko West remains on budget and on schedule for first gold in the second half of 2027 and fully funded from internal resources.
