L3Harris Technologies has appointed David S. Regnery, Chair and CEO of Trane Technologies, to its Board of Directors, expanding the board from fourteen to fifteen members. Regnery brings valuable experience in business transformation and innovation to L3Harris, aligning with the company’s mission as a ‘Trusted Disruptor’ in the defense industry. His appointment is part of a cooperation agreement with the D.E. Shaw group, marking him as the third independent director added under this arrangement.
