L1 Long Short Fund Director Increases Stake

L1 Long Short Fund Ltd. (AU:LSF) has released an update.

L1 Long Short Fund Limited has reported a change in the holdings of director Andrew Larke, whose indirect interests include stakes in the Larke Family Super Fund and Spark Super Fund. Larke’s recent acquisition of 24,575 ordinary shares, valued at $72,496.25, was facilitated through the company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan. This transaction has increased his indirect holdings to 926,025 and 306,825 ordinary shares in each fund respectively.
